Ingredients / For 2 persons
- 200g of Dried Bami noodles
- 300g of cut Asiian vegetables
- A: 2 tbsp of Chickpea Miso
- A: 100ml of cooking sake or wine
- A: 2 tbsp of Mirin
- A: 2 tsp of Soy sauce
- 50ml of sesame oil, or adjust to taste
- Red Chili Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Boil Bami noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients listed under 'A' for the Chickpea Miso mixture, stir well, and set aside.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the chopped Asian vegetables for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the drained Bami noodles to the pan and toss to combine them thoroughly with the vegetables.
- 5. Stir in the Chickpea Miso mixture (A) until the noodles and vegetables are evenly coated.
- 5. Serve the stir-fried Bami on a plate and garnish with sliced red chili pepper to taste.
