Ingredients
- 2 pieces of fish
- 2tbsp of shio koji
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions
- Wipe the moisture off fish.
- Put fish and Shio Koji in a plastic bag and rub them gently.
- Put the bag in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour.
- Grill them for 20mins.
