Ingredients
- 200g of pasta
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 2 mushrooms
- A clove of garlic
- 2tbsp of shio koji
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the garlic and cut the vegetables and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Boil the pasta for the required amount of time.
- 3. As the pasta is boiling, prepare the pasta sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat and add the minced garlic
- 4. Then, add the vegetables and mushrooms, along with Shio Koji from Step 3, and stir-fry them.
- 5. Combine the pasta and the sauce from Step 4, mixing everything together thoroughly.
