Our very first crafted non-alcoholic sake (0.0% alc), made purely from rice, water, and Aspergillus kawachii (koji spore).

Name origin
“Ama (甘)” means sweet, inspired by amazake (fermented rice).
“Shizuku (雫)” refers to a single drop of liquid and the traditional gravity-drip method in sake brewing, which produces a clear and refined taste without bitterness. -

How to enjoy
Ama Shizuku is a refreshing alternative to white wine, Riesling, and Japanese sake pairing beautifully with both Japanese and European cuisine. Each batch is craft-brewed, with natural variations in acidity and aroma depending on the koji-making process.
