The Lingering Dinner – Kyodo Ryori (Regional Cuisine) Edition
This autumn, we are starting a new dinner series inspired by Kyodo Ryori—the unique regional cuisines of Japan. Over the next three years, we will introduce dishes from seven different regions of Japan. The very first edition begins with the Kyushu region.

The theme of this dinner is regional food, culture, and connection. Through a carefully curated menu, we will introduce the rich culinary heritage of Kyushu, paired with stories and traditions that bring each dish to life.
