PRICE : €60 for 1.0 liter of making shoyu, €75 for 2 liters of making shoyu
※  Please note that the hands-on making process will take less than 15 minutes. The majority of the workshop will focus on tasting, learning, and deepening your understanding of fermentation.
※ Please note that shoyu requires more frequent care after workshop and attention than miso paste. Shoyu brewing is best suited for those who are committed to the fermentation process.
※ The jar with shoyu liquid you will take home is quite large and heavy — approximately 2 kg for the 1-liter shoyu option, and 3 kg for the 2-liters option. Please plan accordingly for transport.
The reservation will be closed by March 15th due to the Koji preparation.
You can choose the amount of shoyu you’d like to make.
